This is my third model from the brand. The previous ones are a Shadow Wing 2.0 and a Breaking Wind 1.0. This is a Heat 1.0, model with a nylon plate.
I bought all the same size, 43, this one is smaller than the other two. I don’t know if the 44 would be too loose, but the 43 is slightly tight. The others fit better on the foot in terms of size.
Regarding running, I do daily runs of between 5km and 12km, with a pace varying from 4:30/km to 6/km. Man, 76kg. Heat Nylon 1.0 is the most comfortable shoe for my runs, especially compared to Breaking Wind 1.0. With Heat, I simply run without thinking, without remembering that the shoes exist. It is excellent.
The Shadow Wing 2.0 is also excellent, and it’s the shoe I use when I want to run faster. These two, Heat and Shadow Wing, are so good that you want to have one in each color, as a backup. I wouldn’t buy Breaking Wind again.
